Your account can be used at both Ejuice NZ and The Vaping Kiwi

Customer accounts are shared between both stores, so if you sign up for an account at Ejuice NZ you'll be able to log in to that same account at The Vaping Kiwi. If you haven't already created an account with us then here's a few reasons why you should:

• You'll be able to combine orders from both stores to save on shipping (see below)
• Your address book and account information will be shared between both stores
• You'll only have to maintain one password for both stores
• If we issue you a credit you'll be able to use it at both stores

Combine your orders to save on shipping

If you'd like to place orders at both The Vaping Kiwi and Ejuice NZ you'll be pleased to know there is an option to combine your shipping. The only requirement to take advantage of this feature is that you register an account. Here's how it works:

Select the Standard Shipping or Rural Delivery option when placing your first order.

Placing your first order

You can place your first order at either The Vaping Kiwi or Ejuice NZ, but we suggest placing the higher value order first, as it may be eligible for free shipping.

During checkout, if you are prompted to register or login to an account, please do so.

When you reach the Shipping Method step of the checkout process, select the Standard Shipping, Rural Delivery or DHL Express option.

If you are paying by Credit card please ensure you have completed payment before placing your second order.

 

Select the Combined Shipping option when placing your second order.

Placing your second order

Ensure you are logged in to the same account you used to place the first order. You'll be given the option to login during checkout if you're not already logged in.

When you reach the Shipping Method step of the checkout process, select the Combined Shipping option.

The Combined Shipping option will be available for 30 minutes after your first order.

We will ship your package to the shipping address entered with your first order.
