About Us

Ejuice NZ is a New Zealand based online supplier of nicotine e-liquids. We're serious about providing you with the highest quality e-liquids at the most affordable prices, as well as fast shipping and top quality customer service. You may have already shopped with us before, because we're the same team who run The Vaping Kiwi, and we're kind of a big deal ;) We've been serving the NZ vaping community since 2014, and we take pride in our reputation for providing consistent and reliable service.

Payments

We use Payment Express as our credit card payment processor, and accept payments from both Visa and Mastercard. When paying by Payment Express your credit card details are handled securely and are not shared with us.

We'd prefer you pay with a credit card because it means we can start processing your order sooner, but we also accept internet banking payments via Payment Express Account2Account. Bank payments are not instant, so your order will be put on hold until payment has arrived. Please be aware that bank payments are only processed during business hours, and typically take around 2-4 hours to arrive.

Shipping within NZ

We ship NZ wide via Courier Post. Getting your order into your hands as quickly as possible without charging you an arm and a leg for it is of the greatest importance to us.

Orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday are guaranteed to be dispatched on the same day. Courier Post have an overnight delivery target for all major towns and cities, so 90% of shipments arrive on the following business day. If you live at a rural address, allow an extra 1-2 business days for your order to arrive.

Shipping to non-rural addresses is free for orders over $50, or charged at a flat rate of $3.90 for smaller orders. Rural delivery is free for orders over $75, or charged at a flat rate of $5.90.

If you live at a rural address please make sure you select the Rural delivery shipping option. It's a bit of a bummer that rural delivery costs extra, but we're charging you less than what Courier Post charges us, so be a good human and don't make us chase you up to pay the difference. You can check if your address is rural using the Courier Post address checker.

Saturday delivery is available for non-rural addresses for an extra $4 between 3pm Thursday-3pm Friday. When checking out simply tick the Saturday delivery option. You can check to see whether Saturday delivery is available in your area using the Courier Post address checker. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee successful Saturday delivery, however if it doesn't work out please contact us and we'll refund you with $4 in store credit.

We strongly recommend requiring a signature on delivery, but if you're willing to accept the risk then you may simply tick the No signature required option during checkout. If nobody is around to sign for your package you'll be left one of those annoying Card to call thingies, so we recommend having your package delivered to a work address if possible.

Once your order has been handed over to Courier Post you will receive an automatic email notification with a link you can use to track your package.

Shipping to Australia

For Australian customers we offer shipping via Australia Post eParcel or DHL Express.

Australia Post eParcel shipping is free for orders over $50 NZD, or charged at a flat rate of $10 NZD. The typical delivery timeframe is 5-10 working days. Orders placed before 3pm (NZ time), Monday to Friday, are guaranteed to be dispatched same day.

DHL Express shipping is free for orders over $80 NZD, or charged at a flat rate of $15 NZD. Most shipments are delivered within 1-3 working days. Orders placed and paid for before 1pm (NZ time), Monday to Friday, are guaranteed to be dispatched same day.

Worried about your package being seized by customs? Don't be. Both DHL and the 3rd party that handles customs clearance for Australia Post eParcel shipments are aware of state laws, and special measures are taken to ensure hassle free delivery.

All international shipments require a signature on delivery, so we recommend having your package delivered to a work address if possible.

Once your order has been handed over you will receive an automatic email notification with a link you can use to track your package.

Returns

Please make your selection carefully!

For sanitary reasons we do not accept returns for e-liquid under any circumstances, so if you're unsure about something please contact us before you place your order.

If you have just placed an order and you wish to change or cancel it please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help you. If your order has already been processed then it might be too late, we hope you understand.
